Five North UK businesses awarded Four AA rosette
THREE restaurants have been presented with five rosettes at the AA Hospitality Awards 2017 held at Grosvenor House, London on 25 September 2017.
They were: Gidleigh Park, Chagford, Devon; Bohemia Restaurant, St Helier, Jersey; and Ynyshir, Eglwys Fach, Powys.
Ten businesses were also presented with four rosettes.
Five rosettes are awarded to restaurants which the AA describes as “the finest” in the UK where cooking “stands comparison with the best in the world”. Four rosettes are presented where the cooking “demands national recognition”.
Two hotels – Bovey Castle in North Bovey, Devon, and Coworth Park in Ascot, Berkshire – were also awarded five red AA stars, which is the highest accommodation rating under the AA scheme.
