Northcote luxury hotel and restaurant is gearing up for Obsession18.
THAT means for 18 nights – 18 January – 4 February 2018 – Michelin star chefs will travel from across the globe to the hotel in Lancashire to serve their own Obsession Menu.

This year will see talented chefs from the UK Mexico, Russia, Hong Kong, India, France and other countries taking part. Previous events have included three Michelin star Japanese chef, Hideaki Matsuo, Simon Rogan, Angela Hartnett, Brett Graham, Tom Sellers, and Ken Hom OBE.
Northcote’s chef Patron Nigel Haworth created the event in 2001 as an opportunity to celebrate great food and wine among great company that shares his ‘obsession’ with quality gastronomic experiences.
With wine also a central feature to Obsession, guests are offered the option of adding a wine flight hand-selected by managing director Craig Bancroft (you can read about him here), and his team of sommeliers to match each course. Guests can choose to enjoy the event in the restaurant, the Louis Roederer Rooms, or at the chef’s table.
