
A chance to recreate Mike McGinty’s The Bell of Jalisco recipe. Patrón Perfectionist’s Cocktail competition’s Scottish finalist.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Patrón Reposado
- 12.5 ml Chamomile infused dry vermouth
- 25 ml Grapefruit IPA
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml Yellow bell pepper shrub

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and shake. Pour into a Rocks glass with ice. Garnish with dehydrated lime, chamomile flowers and yellow pepper leather.
